Supercuts

We arrived at Supercuts at 4 o’clock an hour before closing time. We understood that there would be a wait as there were six clients ahead of us about 4:50 pm a father with two boys walked in and one of the stylist said a comment to the effect of “here we go in just 10 minutes till closing time” she had already expressed and was discussing personal matters that she needed to leave because she had to take care of some items. My first impression was that was so unprofessional as a father actually heard what she said, and I kept thinking I do not want that stylist to cut my son‘s hair as she’s already going to be rushed, and she may not perform to her best of our ability, I can’t imagine someone making comments and expressing them so outwardly when we are the ones that are providing the job

I arrived at 3:45 without an appointment and to my surprise there wasn't a wait time. I was there for a trim and that exactly what I got. No horror story or regrets. My stylist made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I left happy and free of any anxieties us black girls have when its time to cut those pesky ends. Thank you much! ...nurturing my crown.

I did what every hairdresser’s nightmare is. I tried to cut my own hair. I didn’t do a very good job. I went here for my first time in desperation for a quick fix. I showed Rosa some pics of what I wanted and she did EXACTLY what I wanted. I’m so pleased with my hair! My hair is long, and while trying to grow it out, I was still able to keep my length. I definitely will be back to see Rosa! She’s been with Supercuts for 20 yrs. She’s experienced…and she LOVES what she does and it shows.

I just moved to Texas a month ago. This is the first time I have gotten my hair cut down here. Absolutely amazing staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable and Ashley A, even explained everything to me on what she was doing, she showed me in the mirror the options I had due to the breakage I had and what I had wanted. And she even showed me the products she was using for my hair, pointers on hair health and did a fabulous job on my cut. I will definitely be back in 4 months as suggested. Absolutely recommend this place of business. Extremely satisfied. 🥰🥰

A one stop shop. Went to get a hair trim and had eye brows waxed. Rosa was amazing very sweet and nice. She made sure to offer all the services Super cuts had to offer. She took very good care of me. Rosa is a great asset happy with her service. I plan to return just because of her.
