Supercuts

My experience at SuperCut was extremely disappointing. I showed them a picture of the hairstyle I wanted for my upcoming graduation, but they did not achieve anything close to it. Not only did they cut my hair shorter than I wanted, but they also completely messed up my bangs. I am now left with a hairstyle that I am unhappy with and will have to figure out how to fix before my big day. I trusted them to give me the look I wanted, but instead, they ruined my hair. I do not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a specific hairstyle or for a special occasion. I should have waited until Mercedes was there. She is a lot better at doing hair and really nice to customers. I wish she was there to do my hair. The photos are what my hair looks like and what it should look like

I am extremely disappointed with the service and results at Supercuts. Despite providing pictures of the desired haircuts for both myself and my daughter, the stylists did the complete opposite of what we asked for. As a result, my hair is not layered correctly and my daughter's bangs are too short, thick, and uneven. To make matters worse, they also cut her hair shorter than we wanted. This has been a frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone.pictures below show the damage done

I went to super cuts in Medford Oregon, I asked for a 2 inch cut straight across cause my hair is all one length, the lady with the dirty shoes cut my hair so crooked I had to get it fixed and ha to have an ad additional 4 inches cut just to get it the way I wanted it, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Needless to say I am not happy at all. I gave 1 star but they don't even deserve that! below is the picture of my hair I should of had my friend get a picture of the undercut thats where most of the damage is. but still I had to pay twice just for a simple trim!

Mixed feelings about appointment. The haircut was great. She wiped her nose without a Kleenex while drying my hair which I felt was unprofessional. Also, I asked for a hair wash, but I think all she did was a cream rinse. I didn’t understand quite what that was all about.

I have not been to this place in years.When I first walked in.I noticed how run down the waiting settings were. Then when I went back all of the styling chairs looked like crap. The leather has definitely worn on the seats. made everything look run down. I got called back 10 minutes before my appointment.When I try to explain to her what I wanted.She try to correct me of the terms.What they are haircuts called even though I was saying exact same terms.My normal hairstylist used. I was going for a shoulder length hairstyle.My hair was almost to the middle of my back since I got called 10 minutes before my appointment.I thought she would take a little longer time.No she literally took only 8 minutes on my hair 8 minutes. She never asked me if I liked it.She never asked.Was there anything els
