Worst haircut ever. I asked for a layered cut for my thick, wavy hair. I showed Stella several reference pictures and carefully explained what I wanted, but it felt like she did not really listen to me. While cutting my hair, she seemed very careless and lazy. She kept pulling my hair roughly and did not even comb it properly before cutting. Because my hair is thick, she just cut everything to almost the same length instead of shaping it properly. In the front, only a very small section was cut shorter, and in the back middle, a few strands were slightly shorter than the rest, but there were no real layers at all. In the end, it looked like she simply cut my hair shorter instead of giving me a proper layered haircut. It felt incomplete and poorly done. Charged 23$

The stylist was really patient and knowledgeable and knows what she was doing. She kept asking me questions about the process and going forward according to my inputs. Will definitely keep coming back.

The young short girl with blonde hair did a crazy good job. Feel bad I forget her name but definitely will come back. Cut off two years worth of hair pretty quickly and gave me the exact look I was going for.

Went in on time with a appointment made online. Everyone was busy and I was told to wait until someone became available. 3 other people came in after me and got served. 45 minutes after my appointment a 4th Person walked in and was seated. I asked in so many word what was going on and was told again that they are very busy. I have been going to this place since 2018 even after I moved farther away. I'm will go to a place closer to home now.

Destiny is such a doll ,she amazes me everytime ! Never leave without a smile 🩷🩷🩷thank you destiny .I had a hair emergency and she got me in quickly despite being busy ,before and after below !!! She killed it and brought back my bright blonde nobody else seems to get right !
