Therapeutic Medical Massage

I’ve tried others to relieve the swelling in my knee from replacement surgery this past May but only Aruna was able to get my lymph system working the way it should. She is an expert in Myofascial Release to allow the body to recover from stress. Plus her methodology has my surgical scars to heal, even the one from 10 years ago.

Today I had my first lymphatic massage, and it exceeded all my expectations. The environment felt safe, comforting, and deeply relaxing. They truly cared about my concerns and took the time to pinpoint and focus on my main issues. They also went above and beyond to accommodate me on short notice, which I deeply appreciated. After having several very large surgeries I was in constant pain with restricted movement. The MPS therapy that Aruna does is life changing and has been so drastic and immediate I have been able to resume many activities I was avoiding and am also sleeping much better. She was also able to address a lot of issues with lymphatic massage. Her space is so peaceful and she is absolutely a blessing to work with.

This therapy cut my migraine pain in half after the first session. I am having less migraines that are less painful. I have been on every migraine medication but this is the first thing that has actually helped. Highly recommended!
