Supercuts

My son has a lot of anxiety around haircuts. Lisa was so patient with him and explained it all to him to help his nerves. Such a positive experience and an amazing haircut! Definitely going to keep going back!

I went to a highly visible supercuts location in Clifton and got a simple trim. The hairdresser was busy chatting up his coworker the entire time he was cutting my hair. He also seemed to struggle with getting it even. When I washed and did my curly hair the next day at home I realized my hair was super uneven. I went back after about 2 weeks to get my hair fixed because they close so early at that location I couldn't make it there in time during the week. I explained the situation and asked to get the cut fixed and they gave me attitude and told me since I didn't come back sooner they were going to have to charge me for a whole new haircut. I was so livid I just left. I found this specific location which is a little tucked away and less visible from the street and explained my experience

Phenomenal! I went to great clips in North Arlington and the woman destroyed my hair. I was supposed to get a face frame, but instead it look like my eight year-old niece cut my hair. Thanks to the help of Ashley and Lisa for fixing the mess that that woman did. I could never thank these women enough especially Ashley! The customer service was outstanding. Ashley, Lisa and Eduardo made my whole experience so much better. Even though I was hysterically in tears, they showed so much empathy and understood my situation. They just gain their self another client. Also didn’t know that Supercuts does hair color and blowouts. Definitely will get one of those in the future. Ashley was very nice and her work was professionally done! She did as I asked. I requested 3 fingers off the bottom and long layers. It came out great!

Month after month, I always have a positive experience with Crystal. My hair looks perfect and I enjoy a great conversation. The entire Super Cuts team works beautifully together. I am so thankful to have SuperCuts five minutes from home.
