Disappointing Experience with Lack of Professionalism I visited Fiorella a few months back and have been annoyed by my experience ever since. I went for a dermaplaning session, and a facial. Spent around 500$ expecting a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Unfortunately, my visit was far from what I anticipated. Despite spending hundreds of dollars, I was met with rudeness and an unprofessional attitude from the aesthetician. What was even more concerning was when she carelessly cut my hair while performing the treatment. This lack of attention and care made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable throughout the session. While I had high hopes for the results, the overall experience left me dissatisfied, and it overshadowed any potential benefits of the treatment. I cannot recommend her base

I recently had Brazilian laser hair removal with Fiorella. What can I say she's definitely professional,caring with her clients she even texted me to see if I had any reaction to the laser etc. plus the laser was painless I was afraid to even do it that's why took me so long! And was the best thing ever! I promise you. her laser doesn't hurt. Im the biggest chicken if I can do it anyone can! Thank you Fiorella for the best treatment ever.
