Supercuts

I called about color for my daughter's hair. Bailey, and Anthony were so great, wonderful customer service! Fit her into the schedule within an hour of my call, and were just so sweet! Bailey did a color hilight, and trim on my eleven year old. They were so patient, and kind with my daughter. And, the end result is gorgeous! Bailey even gave me recommendations for a good color shampoo/conditioner option for my daughter. Not at all disappointed.

Mercy was great! I wanted a pixie and she was very careful to cut it the way it was, in a picture that I showed her. Personality was super! Will definitely start seeing her for all of my hair appointments!!

Bailey was awesome, excellent skill, very personable and reassuring. I felt so comfortable with Bailey and am looking forward to having found a great stylist after many years of searching and trying various salons and stylists.

Not many places open on Sundays for hair cuts went on a whim hoping it would at least be decent but I was pleasantly surprised I've gotten my hair cut at a lot of places and Supercuts was actually better than JCPenney for sure. Bailey was awesome listened carefully to what I wanted asked questions and made sure I liked everything along the way. Did a great job at my blow out (I have long thick hair) people tend to leave my roots damp making it frizzy but bailey made sure every piece was dry frizz free when I left. Great customer service, and great conversation. Will definitely be returning for a trim and bang trim

I originally gave it a good review, but the more I look at my hair the more I realize not all the split ends were cut and the face framing pieces are super choppy, going to another salon tomorrow to see if they can do anything or if I just need to grow it out. When doing the wash they were constantly leaning over me to reach stuff in the cabinet and I definitely felt they were going to drop stuff on me. They also didn’t look at what I had booked so I almost didn’t get the conditioning treatment until I reminded them of it at the front. It was an ok experience and I know I should have kept my expectations lower because I did chose a super cuts. Probably won’t be going again and it’s not worth the money. Stylist was very kind.
