I finally found a stylist that listens to my wants and needs. Alicia is wonderfully attentive and has a great sense of humor. She has friendly banter with her coworkers, and keeps things interesting. I don’t get my haircut very often (every two months or so), but she somehow managed to remember some of what we did last time & cared to bring up past conversations. Talk about attention to detail!

I very much appreciate Alicia's attention to detail and thorough communication - she took the time to explain face framing vs. long layers, showed me photos of examples, and checked in throughout the cut to make sure I understood where she was cutting and how much. Not rushed but still pretty quick. I washed my hair later that day and it dried looking the best it has in at least a year, with zero styling. That was exactly the cut I was looking for and I will be back!

Quick haircut and was able to book an appointment the day of. I requested a layered haircut with a more obvious V shape in the back. Showed the hairdresser a few photos of the style I was trying to go for. She got the jist of it, but not 100%, also ended up getting a bit of help from her coworker (which was fine with me and I was grateful for it). Definitely seemed like shes still new and is still learning. I had no problem with this. Im not super picky about the end result as long as its not horrendous. She was pleasant and checked with me along the way if I was OK with how it was looking. Overall a good haircut for the price.

I brought my kids in here last minute for a haircut and we were welcomed warmly! They did such a fantastic job with my children and I’m very happy with how their hair came out! 10/10 recommend 🤩 will be back!

New manager at the store did my waxing quickly and efficiently. He was so nice and made sure to ask if I was satisfied before moving on to a new each location (brows, lip, chin).
