Supercuts

I have given this place more than their fair share of chances. Today 2/5/2026 1145a is another terrible experience. The lady that did my waxing on my face has no idea what she's doing and I'm almost pretty sure she's the same person who wax my face last year and left half the hair on my face. I had to wait for her because I was told she was the person who does the waxing and I am baffled by this. I have a picture of myself 5 minutes after I left this place and there's still hair all over my chin area and my lip they charge $24 for me to still have hair on my face that I could have done better myself. She was literally trying to pull the wax off my face and I was like well you're supposed to wipe my face and clean it before you apply the wax and she said no it's supposed to be sticky . NO

Just got one of the great haircuts I've had in a while. The barber took time to understand the style I wanted, cleaned up the edges perfectly, and made sure the fade blended smoothly. The attention to detail was great, and the final look was sharp but natural. Walked out feeling fresh and confident exactly how a good haircut should feel.

The lady with gold blonde hair knows better than myself what I need for my hair! My hair cut turned out very special and stylish. I am thankful for her service.

It was my first time in Supercuts. I told them to do shampoo and haircut in U shape. The shampooing was good and haircut was done. After coming home n drying my hair the result was very disappointing its not even in the U shape and its uneven. I dont want to keep the stylist name here but the result was bad.

Melissa is terrific very professional and friendly greets everyone when you walk in and talks to you while she cuts your hair actuality all the stylist are friendly i will recommend them all for a great hair cut.
