I was in so much lower back pain. The glutes area. There was lower back pain I have been dealing with since I was 8 years old. I am 28 and thought this was my life after a bad car accident. Abs exercises were hard for me to do and anything lower back. My friend Lisa Shaw told me to come here after being in tears all week. I was in pain for over two weeks! I didn’t know what I was walking into, but boy this was best $200 I have ever spent on myself! Chris was so gentle but did the job done and very patient and great to talk to! I went to gym today Frist in 20 years I feel normal and to do a lot exercise and even jump higher to grave the bars without pain. Very grateful for this place. I will be back

As a pro MMA athlete, I’ve worked with many masseuse‘s and bodywork specialists over my career and was extremely impressed with Ken and his team. Can’t recommend enough. They know their stuff and they tackle the root issue not just the symptoms. their whole staff is knowledgeable and make sure that you show up to the appointment prepared and hydrated. Max spent extra time on my first appointment which was much appreciated. 10/10

Chris does a fantastic job. He knows what his doing. The deep tissue therapy is not a massage it's a deep elbow experience to relieve your body pain based on what you need. I definitely will recommend this location and Chris. Great job, Chris!

Chris is amazing. I came here today with a pinched nerve on my neck with pain level 10/10. I had agonized for 2 weeks, unable to sleep at all. Went to get a massage and it didn't do much. Chris healed me within an hour. Thank you!!

Absolutely astounded at the total relief of chronic lower back pain I have had for years as a result of soccer/running that took place after one visit. I literally could not believe it-such increased flexibility, decreased ache/pain previously associated with daily routine activities. Chris is magic!
