Supercuts

It was a super shit experience the hair stylist cut my hair in a completely different style than asked for even with having hair very easily long enough so so and me showing her what was wanted. I also told her I wanted it like that to leave the length in my bangs to go to my eyes and now they are almost a inch over that included are before after and photo shown how does it look anything like it! I have had great hair cuts heat with two or three of the people very disappointed with this stylist just happy that it will regrow

Whenever I'm visiting, Lake Charles, i always start at Superccuts on Nelson Road. Something doesn't work (This time it was the requirement to sign-in online). So, I end up at the Supercuts near Wal-Mart. This time was no exception. Anyway the service was great! It was just what i needed; people-to-people service without strings like signing-in. No waiting. Kind (so was the staff at Nelson Road truthfully). Accommodating. So glad I didn't have to sign-in to get service. Just people interacting with people. Good news! Great cut, too. Stylist was kind, a good conversationalist, and competent. In no time at all, I was on my way back home. Looking good. Grateful.

I really like how they did the wolf cut trim! Sarah did amazing job on comication with how she trimmed the hair. Whenever I'm back in the area, then I'm definitely coming back!!

I’m a regular Supercuts customer in Houston, and the Lake Charles salons really need an IT overhaul! The system crashed twice when I tried to reserve a spot. (Confusingly, they call this “check in,” because Supercuts doesn’t make “appointments?” Whatever.) If the salon is booked for the day, the customer sees a blank space on their phone, causing confusion if the hours of business have changed, if they’re closed, etc. There is no message that they are full and to please select another day. The system would not send a link for a password change, so it treated me like a new customer. This resulted in failure of Supercuts’ much-touted rewards points to go to my account. (So why am I putting up with their frequent emails about points? When I arrived for my appointment as the salon was about to
