Lake Charles Cryotherapy

I had such a great experience trying this form or cryotherapy today! It was my first time, and I was a little nervous going in, but Bradley made the whole experience super easy and comfortable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. The session itself was quick but honestly felt amazing after - I felt super refreshed and energized. If you’re thinking about trying cryotherapy, I definitely recommend it!!

Today was my first time experiencing CryoTherapy!! I went in with my arthritis inflamed in my wrist and thumb. I did the intermediate level and in mid session I could feel my aches stopping!! The experience was great from the music to the led lights inside!! I definitely will be back!!!

Bradly was amazing very informative and kind prior to treatment. And the treatment was awesome my constant pain between my shoulder blades and pain in my lower back is almost nonexistent!! I will be back with family members in tow I know will also benefit from this treatment!! Loved it!!❤️

Awesome experience! Nathan will walk you through every step until you’re comfortable. I own a jiu jitsu academy and so I train almost everyday sometimes multiple times a day. The fatigue and injuries you acquire start to stack up fast. 2-3 minutes of cryotherapy before workouts and classes is all I need to push through! I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people! A real blessing to Lake Charles!
