Supercuts

My son needed a trim and they made him an appointment with a hairstylist named Olivia. I showed her pictures, told her and showed her on his hair how the top needed to stay long pretty much as it was just trimmed a bit not to get into the eyes and shorter in the back, keeping in mind the hair was wavy. She kept nodding, saying yes and asked no questions whatsoever. She butchered my son's hair. His lenght that was supposed to be at least about 5 inches on top is now ONE inch, even shorter on the sides. She was probably going for whatever haircut she always does on other people, pineapple shape. How can someone whose job is working with lenght leave one inch lenght when she is shown at least 5?? My son is so sad, upset and ashamed, he does not even want to meet his friends or go to school

Olivia has given me multiple haircuts now and she does a fantastic job every time! Always gives me exactly what I ask for and makes sure I like it as she’s going. Definitely a wonderful stylist and amazing person!

There will always be something nostalgic about Supercuts. It was packed in the 90s, now not so much. But I love going. I love Rosa and her counterpart whose name has slipped my mind. Rosa is so friendly, truly caring and pampering. She wants to give her clients the best experience when they come in and I think she exceeds the bar. I trust her with my hair and my time. She’s truly wonderful and I will continue to go in for her and her coworkers services. 10/10.

This was my first time trying a Supercuts. Rosa was my stylist, and she was so incredibly sweet and kind. She kept telling me how beautiful my hair was and the style I chose for it, and she made me feel extra special. I would definitely ask for her again :)

Love Rosa! She’s been cutting my hair since 2023 and does such an amazing job adding layers to my wavy hair and cutting my girls’ curly hair! I won’t go to anyone else.
