Supercuts

Bad haircut. Good luck. I don't know how you can say these cuts look similar. They look opposite. I asked for this cut/style - a slightly graduated long bob. It needs to be cut a certain way to frame correctly. And ended up with what you see in the photo. I came in with long hair; roughly 3-4 inches were cut, and now it's too short to fix, when I had all the length in the world to play with. I don't expect celebrity stylist perfection, and I understand my hair may not be the same as the photo ( which should be discussed, too), but what is this? I left without saying much. I was confused. Are we even looking at the same picture? I got Home and took another look just in case I was blind. But no. I was hesitant to go to this shop, but I thought how hard can it be. Supercuts in Jupiter, Florida has a lovely staff. They are good stylists and colorists. The store on the other hand is dated and needs a good painting and new decor and stations and chairs. The owners must take no pride in their business. The staff keeps the place neat and clean but it needs a professional cleaning and painting. It’s long overdue. The area is upscale and most of my friends will not go there because it looks disgusting. The staff is great and they deserve to work in a nice environment.

I was in on Monday and Laurie did a fabulous job on my hair! I absolutely love it! The cut is precision, on point! She’s professional with a sense of humor and she did exactly what I wanted! Thank you Laurie!

With so many places to get your hair cut, why did I forget about Supercuts? They still do a great job and charge way less than those other places. I'll keep going back to Mike (thanks, Mike); he does a great job.

I rarely fill out surveys, but I had the best experience at Supercuts yesterday that I thought I'd share. I got a great haircut and even had some laughs with Helen, my stylist, and her coworker, an incredibly energetic woman whose name I wish I could recall. Walked out with a smile on my face — and a good haircut.
