Jonelle @ Skinlab is an incredibly professional and knowledgeable laser technician when it comes to skin procedures/ treatments—I have been going to her for several years and trust her implicitly. In fact, Jonelle trains others on use of various lasers which tells me she knows what she is doing if she teaches others. She always evaluates my skin and explains everything thoroughly, from numbing, to the actual treatment, to post-care. We agreed RESURFX would be the right procedure for me this time.
