Please be very careful about getting your hair bleached. I had healthy, virgin, beautiful black hair, and they completely ruined it. Not only did they burn my hair and fail to give me the color I wanted, but they left some parts black, some parts without dye, and the hair at the back of my head fell out. The damage was so extensive that it took almost 24 hours to dry; it was so gummy and brittle. And if that wasn't enough, they even ruined one of my favorite sweaters. Please go to professionals so that what happened to me doesn't happen to you. Now I have to wear a hat every day, and I'm afraid to wash my hair because it won't dry naturally at the back. The next day I wanted to cry 😢, and I'm not even someone who cares that much about their hair, but they left my hair in such terrible cond

I had an appt to get highlights done here on Jan. 22nd at 4pm. I arrived 15 mins early. After seeing several people come & go.. I noticed the receptionist left to go get coffees and the two salon stylists were sitting there for several mins chatting after my appt was supposed to start, I heard one of the girls say is that her and they both started laughing. I turned around and noticed there were no other clients in the salon and asked what am I waiting for as my appt was supposed to start 10 mins prior, one of the stylists said "me" mind you they were both sitting at the front computer just talking like I wasn't there waiting for my appt.
