Supercuts

I had a terrible experience. I walked in not knowing one could make an appointment. No one greeted me or looked up from their customer. 2 working on a Tuesday 11am. The woman in front of me found a clipboard so I signed in after her. After 40 min wait with no acknowledgment, someone new walked in and they took him right away, saying he had a spot. I sat down and waited 20 more and someone else walked in with an appt so they took them in too. St no point did anyone address me or even look at me. No assurance of help coming soon so I stormed out. No apologies. I do NOT recommend them to anyone. Aweful experience!!

My first time there. I made an online appointment which was easy. I waited about 15 minutes to get my hair cut. The stylist was nice and cut my hair exactly how I asked. I was very please because it was a different style from my last haircut. The place was clean and other patrons left with nice haircuts too.

Very pleasant atmosphere. The Hair stylist Lei, was very attentive to making sure that what I requested was being met. The service was exceptional. Will be going to see her whenever I need a haircut.

I asked for a warrior fade, and the stylist absolutely nailed it. The cut came out even better than I expected. It’s clean, sharp, and exactly the look I was going for. Definitely impressed with the attention to detail and how well it fit my face. This was my first time getting this haircut style and i love it!

Lei was pleasant, professional and shares her knowledge and advice which I find very helpful. She is attentive to my requests. I do appreciate her manner. I admire her skill.
