1. Jenna is a wonderful person a d a great asset to your company. She is professional, caring, friendly and very knowledgeable. The online experience was simple and quick. Upon arrival at the l I cation in Hilo, Hawaii about 2 hours early hoping to get in early, Jenna was able to help me achieve my goal. Another goal was achieved is the style I desired. This visit was a great experience.

I asked if i do a walk in the lady in the front said theyre fully booked i asked if i can book on the website ( for same day appointment ) which i did. I made an appointment at 4:40pm i was a little late which is 6 minutes my fault but i couldnt justify to walk in and talk to the lady in the front who has an attitude. Anyway i walked in told her about my appointment she said theyre fully book and i can only wait if theirs an available spots until closing. She also said they dont know why the website is allowing appoinyments when in their system its fully booked. So i have to hang out and wait for available spots. Wow my first time experiencing this kind of customer service. They’re about 4 people inside waiting and they close at 7. They should just say “you cant book same day appointment b

I made my reservation yesterday and I was worried they wouldn’t be able to see me because it was so busy! They were back to back and didn’t seem to take any breaks but it didn’t compromise the quality of service I received. I think they had to turn down a few walk ins but I’m grateful they didn’t promise to do any more than they could, otherwise I probably would’ve been left without an appointment. I think I was their last client of the day but my wash was done really well, with strong hands and courteous staff all around. Everyone was kind, even at the end of the rush. I won’t be going anywhere else unless these stylists quit and open up their own shop lol. ❤️

A very pleasant experience with Hasya. She listened to my requests and I love my haircut. My husband also got a haircut and he also is enjoying his haircut as well. Highly recommend her. Call first thing in the morning to make appointment or make on line for same day appointment.

Feel so seen/heard after such a long period of shaving my own under cut I flipped a coin & did an early morning walk in! So glad I did, PJ took the time to get just the right shape to help me take the next step to my dream hair! It’s been a journey & so glad he was part of it! Mahalo Nui Loa! I owe you some Guava Jelly!
