Denise is SUPER nice and has 25 years of experience in the business. I have melasma, large pores and sun damage- without my monthly treatment with D…my skin would be horrible. Best facial treatment ever!!! I had an incredible first time experience. Denise was welcoming and accommodating from booking online and even sweeter in person. The Beauty Spot Hilo was sanitized, clean, organized and had everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing treatment. I had the Customized For Me 1 hour 20 minutes Facial. Absolutely an awesome 80 minutes! My skin feels healthy and hydrated. Denise is a very gifted and knowledgeable esthetician! Love her communication skills too! I didn’t want the massages to end and can’t wait to return for my next appointment. I also love her loyalty program. I highly recommend Denise at The Beauty Spot Hilo for a great facial experience. I had such a wonderful first time facial! From my initial contact to schedule via text to departing from the salon, Denise was responsive and caring. I loved that she took the time to listen to my concerns, educate me on the process, and advise me on my skincare regimen. I really appreciate the steps she took to ensure my comfort (explaining offering ear plugs, checking temperature of heated blanket, pressure of the massage, etc.). My skin looks clearer and more youthful, and others have noticed as well! I look forward to coming back for another facial soon!

I was able to make an appointment with Denise at her new location once the “green light” was given for spa’s to open. Denise is a great and knowledgeable esthetician. I appreciate her enthusiasm and desire to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and treatments. There are a variety of facials and treatments available. I've found my facial home! I love getting facials and it took Denise opening The Beauty Spot Hilo for me to find my mothership. Denise is an amazing esthetician, her facials are amazing. She really knows her stuff and it feels like you're getting a professional treatment from a friend. True, the room is small and not fancy like a hotel spa, but it's clean, comfortable and very calming. When I leave, my skin is glowing and I am so content. Did I mention that the massages she does with the facial are amazing too?
