Supercuts

Alex was my stylist, who was friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. She mentioned that the picture I showed her, most likely wouldn’t look the same, on me, as I have naturally curly hair. I agreed and she gave me a great haircut. The manager was also very personable. Great atmosphere 💜

I just went and got mine, and my two little girls and my husband's hair done today! Alex and Jamie did amazing! My girls love their haircuts and Alex did so well keeping them calm during their haircuts. Jamie did mine and she did great! I haven't cut my hair in a really long time and she was perfect and sweet about me being kind nervous about it! I love that they were very kind and had great conversation! Definitely recommend going here. We walked in and we're sat down almost immediately, we had two people ahead of us that's the only reason we were sat right away. But as soon as they were done with the other customers they got us sitting.

We asked for my son’s hair to get trimmed and to keep it shaggy (not a blunt cut) and keep the same shape/style. We also said he’s growing it out so he didn’t want to lose a lot of length just needed the dead ends gone. After the first employee told me she didn’t know what I was talking about the other worker confidently told me she would take him. After we left with wet hair and it dried we saw the end result was a very uneven cut with noticeably 2 different lengths that don’t blend at all. I understand we didn’t go to a luxurious salon but I did expect that asking for a basic trim wouldn’t end in my very particular son needing to go to another salon to get it fixed which means cutting it even shorter. I am not sure if I am able to get refunded but I got this link sent to me asking about

Jamie is awesome. Attention to detail and satisfaction is her goal. She greets you with a smile and humorously banters with you while she cuts. So in and see Jamie for a good cut and a good laugh.

My first visit to a Supercuts and I was satisfied with my haircut! Don't book 2 hours before closing because it seemed like they were rushing to get to everyone. The lady next to me was offered a complimentary shampoo for it being her first visit and the lady who cut my hair did not offer that to me when it was my first time.
