I have been receiving massages from Abigail for about 6 years. She is hands down the best massage therapist in Groton/Mystic. I have experienced others, but Abigail is unmatched in her passion, skill and attention to clients needs.

Truly one of the best massages i’ve ever had. Abigail loves what she does and you can tell from the moment you walk in. It truly felt like a special experience just for me. She worked on all of the areas I requested, let me choose my own scent of essential oil to enhance my experience, and sent me home with stretches and tips for my problem areas. An all-around amazing experience; I’d recommend Abigail to anyone and everyone <3

What a great massage and adding hot stones even made it better. I’m still recovering from a major accident and Abigail is very knowledgeable in all the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling so much better and completely relaxed. Very much Looking forward to my next massage.

Abigail is the most skilled, compassionate, and genuinely caring massage therapist I have ever been to (and there have been many). She is able to adapt the usual positioning on the table and her technique into what I am able to manage comfortably following several spinal surgeries. She also takes direction easily and mindfully applies the level of pressure that works best for me, providing me with a release of tension and significantly lower level of pain following our session than I ever thought possible. Abilgail is clearly knowledgable in human physiology, and is instinctively aware of the changes that are taking place with her client while she works. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and feel deeply grateful to have found her.
