Natalie did an amazing job cutting my textured hair — she really understands shape, movement, and how to work with natural texture. I left feeling refreshed and confident! The conversation with Maggie was absolutely delightful, and you can truly tell that both Natalie and Maggie bring over 10 years of cosmetology experience to the chair. Their professionalism and warmth made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be booking again when it’s time for my next cut!

I recieved a wonderful hair cut March 1 2026 from Natalie. She was the only person working in the shop and she was very busy. I had to wait a while but it was worth it. I watched her do 2 haircuts giving her complete attention to both, not rushing through wanting to do her top level best. I hope when it is time for my next cut that she will be available. My hair is curly and has a mind of its on. It was below my shoulders and I wanted it cut short and sassy and she did a great job

Natalie was amazing. The haircut is always on point and I have no intentions of going anywhere else. The Grand Prairie store is like family. I feel like I should be invited to their Christmas party. Lol

I had an amazing first time experience at Supercuts I went in very anxious and Stephanie assured me everything was going to be ok in her care. She did just that made me feel very comfortable and cut my hair and styled just how I wanted. Thank you so much Stephanie for being patient and actually listening to me. Can’t wait to come back!

Stephanie was great. She did my mother's hair. My mother is 77 years young but can be finicky at time. Stephanie took great care of my mother, was very patient and thorough. I would definitely recommend her.
