Supercuts

My son left in tears. This woman, I couldn't understand her name, maybe starts with an A or maybe Tamera/Tonya, was quite obviously either high on pain pills or some other drug. She mumbled and slurred every single word. We clearly explained the cut and style he wanted. I showed her a photo and explained he wanted to keep his length on top. She completely missed the mark and chopped all his hair off. He was completely devastated and cried the entire way home. Normally, stylists chat with the person in the chair and ask as they go along what they think and how they like the cut. She did not do that at all. Zero social skills. Horrible experience. You pay for what you get.

We checked in online only to get there and be told they don’t use the online system. So unless we wanted to wait 45 minutes unlike the online system that said 20 we were out of luck. We ended up waiting 40 minutes. Then we got a haircut and style and two eyebrow waxes and it was $61 plus tip. One haircut and two brow waxes. I think that is very overpriced. She charged us $33 for the haircut. I am just disappointed that the charges were so high. If they aren’t going to use the online system they need to be taken off the system.

Donna cut mine and my wife’s hair. My hair was very long and I showed her a picture, she took it from there. Even after she was done, she made a suggestion and it took it to a whole new level. My wife did the same with a layered hair cut. Donna took her time and her action to even the smallest detail is unparalleled. If you are looking for a GREAT haircut, stop here and ask for Donna.

Walked in for a haircut. Got seated on less than 5 minutes and the lady who cut my hair was both professional and friendly. Would go back again

The people are friendly and just tell them how you like it and they can fix you up! I appreciate how they seem to really care about people!👮🇺🇸
