Amazing experience! My athlete kid received whole body cryo and localized cryo for her shoulder. Helped so much with her pain level. We will be back!

My friend and I started their 30 day program. The very first day we felt relief. Now 5 days into the program we are 100% sold on their protocols. My friend, at first was sure she wasn't going to do the Cyro chamber. Mainly due to being a bit clostrophobic and not fond of being cold. Well with a bit of encouragement on the first day she is completely onboard. Andres and Shelby make it an easy and pleasant experience. We love it !!!

What a wonderful form of relaxation and rejuvenation!!! I have been enjoying all of the forms of treatments and have had excellent results. The owners and staff are all very engaged in helping to facilitate the use of each of the therapies: Cryo, sauna, compressions, Celluma light therapy and therapeutic alkaline water! I’m amazed at how I feel each time I take the time to go and pamper myself! It even helped my post operative healing process What’s most wonderful is that I can use all of the additional therapies, unlimited, as often as I’d like with my membership.

I did not know how good I could feel until I tried cryo therapy. I have more energy, feel a lot less pain, and experience a sense of well being I have never known. I look forward to the light therapy and other services to enhance my health.
