Supercuts

I’ve been coming to this salon for 5 years and it’s unfortunate I’ll never be back. Jenn cut my hair early on and did a ok job but I went with Sandra and Tina over the years. Let me say I’m not a fussy person. I have very short pixie hair and it’s not hard to cut. Tina left the salon , Sandra had no available appointments and I needed a hair cut. Jenn cut my hair before so I honestly felt comfortable going to her when I just chose next available when booking. This probably was the worst haircut I’ve had in my adult lifetime with short hair. As you can see by the pictures, my hair was chopped and butchered with uneven layers throughout. I feel this service was not a mistake or accident. Jenn never cut my hair like that before and no competent hairdresser cuts and leaves a clients hair like

Picture are from the car immediately after service. No words, butchered hair. Actually went somewhere else to have it fixed. I feel this service was vindictive because I chose to use a different stylist before. No competent hair dresser cuts like this. Unacceptable. Jenn at East Haven CT Supercuts. I believe I saw Nicholas. First time there, went for cut wash and blow dry. I haven’t gotten my hair trimmed in 3+ years so not sure what I was expecting when I went in. He did exactly what I wanted and I came out feeling better and VERY happy I left an appt with how it turned out and no tears were shed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

As a previous hair salon owner I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and competence of the staff. Tina gave me exactly the cut Ii asked for and a friendly discussion. She was very talented and had many years of experience. I will definitely be back for future hair cuts. The price was extremely reasonable for the service received. Supercuts has come a long way from just cutting hair.

Tanya is great! I really appreciate the care she took for my haircut- it is SO much better! Update 12-22-25 Chrissy is also great! She was efficient & dealt with my mop of Muppet hair with kindness and grace-
