Supercuts

We had an appointment for 4pm. Got there and people who came in after us were called first. We waited over an hour and I told the girl to just trim my sons hair. He has been growinf it out. Did not realize it looked this bad until we got home and he showered.

I believe his name is Patrick who has cut my hair the last few times I've been there. If it isn't, I'm sorry! Patrick is courteous, professional, and does a solid job everytime. Despite being towards the end of his day and how busy it was, he's always very nice and takes the time. I've no idea how much he earns, but he surely deserves a raise! It's in the franchise's best interest not to lose someone like him. Thanks, Patrick!

Kelly is exceptional. Always knows how to cut my hair and always is exactly what I wanted. I trust her completely ( even when I take a lot off) . Definitely ask for Kelly on your next visit there!

I typically go to Supercuts in my own area but tried this one because I was there visiting family. I went to a stylist who said she had been cutting hair for 2 years. I wanted a simple haircut, basic trim, long layers, side bang and dry with a diffuser. I should have gotten up and left when she parted my hair on the wrong side. She then pretended to cut my hair, I could literally see her just pulling my hair up between her fingers and barely cutting, if at all. There was barely enough hair on the floor to fill a teaspoon. Another clue should have been when she said she would cut my bangs after she dried my hair, which she never did and just left it wet, after crunching it with all this gel. The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn't give No stars. I would not recommend a

Sara was my stylest and she was just Super! She has a great personality. First she asked me questions about what I wanted and where I wanted longer or shorter cut. So very pleseant as we talked about our cat and how important they are to us. Made this visit with her most enjoyable.
