Alison is AMAZING! I highly recommend her for waxing services! She is professional, organized and kind (an extra treat!). She takes great care in her work -- she is thorough but not rough. Her wax space is clean and cute. I have been Alison's client for years -- she's so good I followed her from her last location. I am big on customer loyalty when the service is very good and Alison is very very good!

I love coming here. The service is always amazing, the staff is all friendly and the salon itself is always very clean and sanitized. I have been a client for Krystal herself since 2013. I took my mother here and she had Maddie and had a terrible experience. She was rude to her about what she was asking for and could hear her talking bad about her to a coworker when she walked away for a minute. She was also gossiping the whole time with coworkers about boys and it was unprofessional. My mother said she has never felt so uncomfortable at a business.

The salon has great customer service. Someone always answers within a reasonable time frame. I have Maddie as my stylist. She is wonderful. She did exactly what I was looking for. She consulted with me every step of the way. She is very professional and knows her stuff.
