Supercuts

I asked for Melissa on the website. Unfortunately I got Portia. She cut my hair. Cut it not styled. My hair had not been cut for more than 6 weeks. What I asked for was a cut that looked barely cut. Long bangs, full top, feminine back, shaved not pointed sideburns. I assume it was my fault for not stopping her. Unfortunately when I realized what she was doing I felt it was too late. Thanks. I'm embarrassed to go out but we all have to work. I now look like an old man with a bad hair ut.

Really exceptional. My husband is in a wheelchair with ALS. It was not one bit daunting for them. Treated him with respect and did an amazing job. Thank you supercuts. I gave her a 65% yup we were so happy!

The stylists are good. But this is the only salon in the chain that repeatedly turns off the ability to book online and makes calling the only option. However, the automated system keeps rerouting to the site for online booking and it is impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule. Today is one of those days. Really unprofessional.

My son and I have had our hair cut at Supercuts many times over the past years and I think that we just received the best haircuts and service ever. Tina was welcoming, professional, personal, and friendly. We will certainly be returning for her soon!

I absolutely loved my experience at the Cambridge location! I had Tina and she was just so talented and incredibly passionate about her work. She immediately made me comfortable, understood exactly what I wanted, and exceeded my expectations! She did an incredible job with my blowout!
