Supercuts

My mother went in for a haircut last week. We were told she needed an appointment, so we made one on the spot. We returned at the scheduled time and were told there are people waiting before her. We had to wait another 30-40 minutes before the stylist was ready, but only after some whispering and pointing between the stylists. My mother asked for her hair to be cut short, but when she was shown in the mirror, she didn't notice that it was very un-even. My mother is almost 90 and didn't have her glasses on for the cut. She also wears a hat out, so we didn't notice until we got home that one side was trimmed down to about 1/2 inch and the opposite side had to be over an inch long. We came in feeling really disappointed after a bad haircut experience at another location, and as a parent it’s hard to see your child unhappy with something so visible. I truly appreciate that management took our complaint seriously and responded — that already meant a lot to us. Then Asia from the Newport location stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She was kind, patient, and incredibly caring. She took her time to understand what needed to be fixed and did a beautiful job. Seeing my son smile and feel confident again honestly meant everything. Thank you, Asia, for your talent and your heart — and thank you to the team for making it right.

I would come here again for sure. Melina listened to what I wanted and did just that. She don’t pressure me for anything eles. The place had a great atmosphere also. Good vibes only!

I would give 6 stars if I could! Place is so neat and clean, the staff always have smiles on their faces, and my friend and I got some of the best haircuts we've ever gotten here. Our confidence is through the roof! Come here if you want a fresh cut 😎
