The initial consultation prior to Kris even laying hands on me was so in depth and she genuinely wanted to understand what my body had been through and what my ailments were. Kris is someone who I wouldn't identify as a massage therapist because that's an understatement. She is a true healer. With her past experiences being a nurse and personal trainer, you can't find anyone else who understands the body, mind and soul including every intricate muscle better than Kris does. She's able to find those areas with tension and old trauma that's buried deep within your body and she creates the space for you to let it go.
