Michelle shaved my son's head after I asked her to keep his length and part it down the middle. I carefully explained the haircut, which we always get from other locations, no problem. I told her short on the sides because his neck and ears are sensitive, and parted down the middle. My son is special needs, and no one has ever had a problem giving him what he wants. Except Michelle who yelled at us the entire time like we were 50 yards apart. My son was speechless, he still hasn't said a word. After she did it, I asked her how I'm supposed to part his hair for him. She said "Oh... maybe I can just get it wet and brush it?" Michelle... you shaved it off. All of the team are highly trained, friendly and professional. When my son needed a cut for his school concert; Victoria and her team-mate (wish I recalled her name) went the extra mile again! My son leaves with a smile every visit. If it’s a busy day, have some patience and you’ll get the best service here.

Moved to the area a few months ago and was looking for a place to get my haircut. I had a bad experience with a different barber shop in the area so I was very happy when I checked this location out and got a great haircut and had an overall great experience. Ina did an amazing job and gave me a perfect haircut. I would highly recommend this location and Ina!

Been getting my haircut by Ina for a while now. She always does a good job and she has a great attitude. Never have any issues and she always remembers how I want my hair cut. Also, with the ability to schedule in advance I rarely have to wait.

Went in for a scheduled appointment today for a haircut. Ina did an amazing job making me look good. Her attitude was professional and friendly. Will definitely be going back the next time I need a cut.
