Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.I started going because of a bad car accident and could barely walk some days.I am now able to walk and not be in so much pain.my pain is definitely way less thanks to the incredible women massage therapists here.Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Universal Strength and Wellness. I have had the awesome experience of getting a few massages from there and I have to say Laura was AMAZING with getting to the knots out of my back and neck by using those trigger points, I came out feeling like a new person! Krysta is also wonderful and well-trained. I see so many athletes coming out of there as I am lucky enough to work close by, I can't wait to go back!
