Jack was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out, and he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This woman has a poor attitude or maybe just not her day, however, when I asked her to stop filing and drilling the acrylic because she was making my nails thin, she ignored me like I wasn't talking to her! For about 40 seconds until I snatched my hand away. Turns out my nails broke early due to the over filing and drilling. Very rude about it, I wouldn't have this woman touch my nails ever again. To be good with Jack who always does my nails, JUST BEWARE OF HER. my nails are in recovery because of her carelessness.. since Jack has always been good to me even before this new location I decided to pay and not make a scene. She continually burned me by over drilling, easily slappable, but I'm a better person these days and Jack has always been sweet. I won't be back unless Jack is there

Omg I've been searching for a new nail spot and I've finally found one I LOVE. I came yesterday for a pedicure and the foot massage was amazing 👏🏾🤩Thank you Tina I felt so relaxed. But today im back for my set and Jack omg he is the BEST!!!!!!!! He has amazing customer service 🤩😍😁 he is such a sweet nail tech. My arcylic are light and actually ✨️everything I asked for. I'm in love with his special color and I will definitely be back again. 5 stars for sure Thank you again Jack for getting me and my daughter ready for her 21st bday!!! 💖

Jack is truly amazing! I’ve been coming to him for about a year, and after taking a short break due to car issues, I came back to discover he’s opened a second location. The service is always spectacular, and he’s so kind and patient. It’s inspiring to see his growth, and I absolutely love supporting it.
