Super Nails

If I can give zero stars I would. I was forced to pay 60$ for poor quality nails I called my bank for my money back they also took tip from my card without asking and were disrespectful they didn’t finish my acrylic set well and wanted money. DO NOT COME HERE. Raw and real review

This was the worst place to get my nails done. They didn’t even do the proper prep work that nail artists usually perform, such as cleaning the cuticles. On top of that, they charged an extra $5 just for choosing a nail shape, which is ridiculous. As for the haircut, it was a complete disaster — I didn’t get what I asked for, and they completely ruined my hair. I had requested long layers, but now my hair looks strange and uneven. The staff was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I will never visit this salon again. I sincerely hope people read the reviews before even considering this place.

I have been coming here for years and all the staff know me by name. I get everything from spa pedicures, regular manicures, SNS powder/tip sets, and back massages. All the staff is very friendly and treat me so well. Angela is the best nail tech, always great service and she is the sweetest, always complimenting me and making me feel pampered. Sue & Lou the nail salon owners are great. I get hair services at this salon as well. Margaret has been cutting my hair since I was a kid, literally for over 20 years! I've also gotten color, highlights, and perms by her. I have a hair loss condition and Margaret is very sensitive to my situation and works to accommodate me. This is a sincere review written as a long time customer: we are talking longer than 10 years. I really never EVER do reviews but I can’t believe how embarrassing going to this place was recently. My recent experience was that I didn’t have time to get my toenails painted Post-pedicure so the manager said she could do it the next day or two for me no charge. I didn’t show because my life is busy just like every other person. The next time I was there to get a full pedicure I asked if they could do it as a courtesy because I’ve been coming there for so long and I already paid for it the last time I was there. No idea why they call it “Super” nails, if your nails barely make it passed ONE WEEK! I got POWDER GEL mind you and the powder totally came off my nail! Seems like they use very cheap glue. I am extremely disappointed. Not only did they take an extremely long time, then explained to me that we take our time with our customers so they have quality nails. Now the nail powder just comes off nine days later? Unacceptable! Pay $5 more dollars and you’ll have better nails a few miles away.
