I love this place, my nails are always perfect. They always make them thin but sturdy. Haven't had a nail break. They always check the work and recheck, and even offer complimentary drinks, as well as student discounts.

**edit - They did a wonderful job getting me back in and fixing my nails a couple days later.Kim did an amazing job and I am really happy, thanks Super Nails! I’m not one to write bad reviews but, i went in to this place hearing great things but unfortunately that was not my experience. I told her if I had time I would do my toes. My nail set was rushed and looked like it had already been grown out 2 weeks, and the gel on my big toe so thick. Went back and my big toe is still the same and one of my nails is lifting already. I also left with 3 cuts into my cuticles, one that still hurts on my foot very bad. This work was done by Samantha. I will be asking for a refund tomorrow.

I was so excited to get a "professional" pedicure. It was a disaster from start to finish. The lady doing my toes was on the phone the entire time, never spoke, rough handled my feet, and rushed through. My nails were cut crookedly and unevenly, but when I pointed it out she didn't care. A trained and licensed nail technician should've been able to make it look great even if I do have tiny nail beds and size 5 feet. I had to beg for the flimsy foam slippers which she eventually handed me with disdain. There's no need to argue and go back and forth over something so cheap. It's definitely not worth the money spent. I do understand life happens, but she could have said "this is a very important call" while also letting the caller know that she has a client she occasionally needs to speak to

My clear coat and powder dip started chipping after one week. I went back in for it to be taken off and replace and the nail tech only buffed and filed my nails and put on another coat of top coat. Within 2 days it started to peel and my powder dip chipped even more. She should have removed the powder dip and started fresh. I will not be returning!

I’m so sad that I even have to write this review but I think I’m officially done with Super Nails. I have been going to Super Nails for so many years and everything has been amazing while recently in the past few months they have recently changed owners and it is definitely a big difference. Customer Service has went down so much. I have been going with Tracy and she is still amazing and I hope that she continues to thrive there, but I cannot deal with the owners there they are rude, unfriendly, and unpleasant.
