First time customer. I am so glad I visited here. I must say one of the best places I have ever been. Pedicure was awesome. Lady was extremely detail oriented and did a fantastic job. I rarely get manicures, but I'm so glad i did here. Very thorough and great work throughout the process. Amazing... they turned me into a huge Raving Fan in one visit. What i really liked is they didn't rush and were all very pleasant. Believe me, i have experienced rudeness and folks trying to rust before at other salons and I didn't go back to those salons. If I could’ve given this a zero stars I would’ve. I will never go back there again. I’ve been going there for at least 10 years. When Helen left the place went downhill and it has lost me as a long-term client that would go every month religiously. I went in with a special request to see if they could Street Color Nails decals that I had purchased and I shower them the package. I had no idea how they worked. They said “ Yes, they knew how to do it and it was no problem and easy.” They messed it up from start to finish by cutting them out to where they look like little stickers. They didn’t remove the top film when they put them on my nails and they just looked horrible and were sticking up and flopping everywhere. They are nice enough when it come to customer service. However my cuticles were cut too far down and bled. My gel polish came off some nails the same day. This was the 1 place I found open on the holiday and I was desperate.
