Super Nail Spa and Hair

I went to get my nails done for my birthday I ask for French tip. Within three days of my service my nails started chipping off to the point my nail break. I went back so they can fix it. Because I know they will not refund my money .I was not satisfied with their services. The older lady told me my nails were chipping off bc I wash my hands too much. I told her if that was the case why my other set of nails were fine. I just wanted them redone by the old lady that did em. Instead she refused and kept blaming me not taking good care of em. Respectfully since my request was denied. I highly do not recommend this nail salon . Save your money. It’s not worth it. I’m so disappointed because I never had an issue until now.

I remember when I first started coming to this please they was really good with their work. New owners smh they can’t do nails especially the lady with the gloves don’t go to her she can’t do nails and who does nails with gloves on anyway.. my nails didn’t last no more then 2 days I came back they charge me then I got my feet done very sloppy.. too much for sloppy work I stop going to this place waste of money. These people is lazy I’m looking for a new nail salon

I've patronized this place for years until they began offering gel. If you get gel, if you nick your nail and the paint chips, you'd easily be able to peel off the rest. It's also feels rubbery. Initially when I got gel at this salon and it peeled, I assumed that was what happened because I'd never gotten it before. I realized that gel is not supposed to do that when I was away on family vacation in Florida and got a refill near the resort where we stayed. After getting my nails done there I was caring for a sick relative and was unable to get a refill for over a month. My nails never chipped and didn’t peel. They were still as shiny as the day I’d gotten them done. The only evidence of needing a fill was the lifting. After that I found a new salon near my home that did an excellent job. T

I’ve been going here for years and this is the first time im A little unsatisfied with my nails and I got a designs and it’s already coming off and I knew how I wanted it to look but it didn’t turn out that way and what I wanted was very simple I want a refund honestly :(
