Been coming here for 3 years since after I cut my dreads off and never once had any issues! Timothy is the main guy I go too and because I’m old school as far as committing to one barber only. Tim’s an awesome dude! Just straight to the point and make sure everything done on the same page! Never had any issues and my now 5 year old son loves the guy! Tim’s great with kids! Moo’s is also another great barber too! Very considerate of others especially the kids! I always done appointments which they prefer for better communication. Just be advised, Walk ins are possible but never a guarantee for it can be busy. Overall! Great place especially to have your kid at!

Sure! Here’s an example: I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at the barbershop. I asked for a simple fade with a clean lineup, but my barber completely missed the mark. The fade was uneven, with noticeable patches that made it look sloppy, and the lineup was crooked, which made the whole cut look unprofessional. I even showed a reference photo to avoid any miscommunication, but it seemed like the barber wasn’t paying attention or rushing through the job. To make matters worse, they didn’t acknowledge the mistake or offer a solution. I expected much better quality and service, especially considering how long I’ve been a loyal considering

Awesome barbershop, great service with 1 of the sharpest local barbers for miles. If you visit, you will know who, other barbers are good also from what I see but I can't speak for them because I only been to 1. Only issue I have at times is appointment scheduling. While he means well, he has trouble sticking to the schedule and tends to either give you an unachievable appointment time or he gives preference to ppl waiting in the place over ppl scheduled to be there pushing your appointment back. Other than that, great environment, toys for tots if they get bored, great service, and more importantly a sharp haircut that transforms your confidence!

Made an appointment with the Barber Tim for my son. I get to the shop it’s closed. I text him like hey what’s going on he said he forgot about the appointment. He then proceeds to tell me he was on his way to the shop. Well…. 20 minutes went by and he still didn’t show up. Will never use this shop again, Very unprofessional.

My son (4) went and got a hair cut took the barber a whole hour and then some to finish. It's was only a shape up! The nerve of the barber to get mad at me bc he said I wasn't helping him like what?! A toddler can only sit in the same spot for so long. His original barber in west philly takes him 20 mins and the cut is perfect. This mf took an hour and the cut was aight. Never going there again I will stick to his original barber Major Cuts in west philly is the best. And the guy next to him was cutting a 2 yo hair and the barber was asking the other barber "hey do I cut it like this?" like wth having unexperienced people cutting ur hair absolutely not!!!
