I truly was going to reframe from saying anything or leaving a review at all but I left here feeling like I wanted to end it all and seeing how others have been charged and arm and a leg as well, I feel robbed. I’ve never been charged so much money for my hair to just be straight ever in my life. My hair is thick, curly, and long which i understand can be a bit more time consuming but $80 for a wash and blow made me want to physically vomit. My hair is fine, my dubbie was not put on correctly and my hair was not wrapped right which can mess up my hair and be an entire waste of money. I dread going to salons because I always feel like I’m being told random prices and taken advantage of. I left here with dead ends, and flat hair for $80. I had a very beautiful, generous experience with all the of the staff , at Maria’s & she was very pleasant & skilled. I have made this my to-go-to place for a blow out, & hair treatment.

The main stylist was very polite but the stylist who did my hair was very insufferable. I went in for rollers and a blowout and she decided it was appropriate to tell me that that will be triple heat damage mind you I haven’t done my hair in two years. I know my hair but then for another client to call and say they were going to come in for rollers and she was perfectly fine with that and reality she never wanted to do my hair. She was huffin and puffing over my hair the whole time, but then wanted to be polite after she was tipped $10 I just hate the stigma the Hair community has but if you don’t want to do someone’s hair then don’t offer to do it she was rushing through my hair. My hair looks puffy and it’s very unfortunate that this is the first time you getting my hair done in two year

Maria is not only great at what she does, but she is also very kind and welcoming, I felt very comfortable with her. I usually stay away from hair salons in my area because they are rude and unprofessional. But Maria took the time to analyze my hair and made a customized treatment for my damaged hair. I highly recommend her.

Maria gave my best friend a haircut and I loved it. So I went to cut my hair and my sons. I told Maria I trust her with my hair and she can cut what she felt needed (my hair was long). Maria chopped off a nice chunk off but it looks so healthy now and not to mention she did my layers exactly how I like them. Will definitely be back!
