Worse customer service! Went in and when got to check out my items I stood waiting for someone to tell me hi or great me. Black girl with glasses look at me and kept putting things on counter. Didn't tell me I was fix to get helped. Other lady went to other register and grabbed a bag and waited for me to put my items on the desk. Mind me she never greeted me or said anything. After scanning my items I put my phone number in and she say you want to use it? Wow never had a bad experience but that why I don't mess with big hair stores cause they are not customer service friendly.

Love love love this beauty supply store been coming here about 2 years now they have a great selection on wigs and everything hair care even cute dresses and clothes the associates are always super nice and helpful will forever come here would definitely recommend to family and friends

I was trying on a couple wigs at this store and the employee D’Andra was so kind and professional! She made this a 5 star experience.

The service was amazing, crystal cut my wig, was down to earth and just an amazing person. I love this beauty store and will continue to come here.
