Super Brows

Every time I visit, Lara always greeting with nice smile. It’s been over year since last visit but her skill hasn’t went down. I have many baby hairs with low pain tolerance, and she’s patient with me. - don’t wear lashes if doing full face/cheek - try not to move/ stay still. Let them know if you need moment from a pain - I felt more pain on eyebrow > upper lip > side hairline > others - the longer the hair, the pain may feel more - skin may get red&bumpy but fades in a day I always comeback here (even tho I’m a crybaby towards pain). Lara is always a fast worker, love her working on my eyebrow to make it even and clean. Today, I did [ Full face service ], and only $45+ tip.

Love coming to this location, Najla is very quick and efficient threading brows. Amazing service from everyone who works there. However, there is a man who is there on occasion that has poor customer service and treats employees badly in front of clients. He talks very rashly to customers and was constantly telling the workers they weren’t doing things correctly. Overall, my only bad experiences at SuperBrows was when this man was present, making both customers AND employees visibly uncomfortable.

DONT EVER COME HERE. A lady with the name nalija or naija thinned my thick eyebrows when i only had asked for a clean up. I had asked her something about my left eyebrow on why it had look different and she completely ignored me and proceeded to say that it looked perfect when in reality it didn’t. I am SUPER FRUSTRATED with how think my eyebrows look now . If you don’t want your eyebrows to be thinned out a lot DO NOT COME THERE.

Najla is amazing! She took her time and listened to exactly how I wanted my brows to look. She did one brow 1st asked me if it looked good or if I wanted to change it a bit more and then continued to the next brow. She did amazing!! Both my brows looked even and full. I had shared with her that I will be getting married in a few weeks while she was doing my brows and she offered to fill my brows on my wedding day for free! She recommended a brow powder and oil to make and grow my eyebrows fuller. I am so happy and feel less anxious about my wedding day thanks to her!! Highly recommend!! I will only book with her from now on!!

Horrible experience. Grew my eyebrows out just have to them look worse. They were nice and thick and got completely ruined. I asked to keep them thick and only clean them up. My right eyebrow looks completely messed up. I’m in tears and headed to a wedding. I regret coming here. Beauty by Dolly is way better at listening and not thinning your brows or screwing them up. I hate to give bad reviews, but I was looking forward to coming here. Beyond upset. No idea what to do now.
