I’m extremely disappointed with this beauty supply store. I came in today for a wig I’ve seen online for about $50, only to find it priced at an outrageous $135 in person. They then tried to make it seem like a deal by adding a 30% discount, which still didn’t come close to a fair price. When I asked about the price discrepancy, the wig manager actually told me herself to go elsewhere. As someone who has been a loyal shopper for years, that response was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I will no longer be returning, and I strongly advise others to shop somewhere else. You can find the exact same products for honest, reasonable prices without the attitude.

I parked on the other side of the mall but they closed the doors to get out and when I asked him to politely let me out because of the store wasn't even closed yet They said no and they sent me out in the cold in the dark in a shady parking lot. This will not be a place I'll be spending my money. Ever again. They literally just had to unlock the door. They don't care about their customers.. The place is dirty anyway. Much better beauty supplies out there.

The staff were so nice and helpful! I found what I wanted in less than five minutes and it was on sale! Lots of options and great vibes!

The people here are rude! They refuse to give you money back only store credit for their cheap merchandise. I went here to get a few items and they locked the entrance back to the mall and refused to let us out. When I asked for a refund for my items they refused and the cashier became rude and was basically mocking the situation. The people are really unprofessional and I would recommend consumers to shop elsewhere.

I went to this beauty supply store yesterday with my sister.. i will say i won’t be back again. me and my sister were accused of stealing by the manager and a black guy. we walked in the buzzer beeped we left the buzzer beeped he demanded our bags.. all there was was the two items i paid for with a receipt in my hand and my pants from shoppers world.. after me they insisted my sister empty her pockets and it was only her personal items in her pocket. i left without causing any drama because i knew i would be leaving a bad review for them and getting my lawyer involved :) i also work at the super beauty in district heights so i will be contacting the owner of mines to get in touch with yall owner :) i also tried calling the store they refuse to answer phone was ignored three times.. not mak
