The CEO personally attended to me, taking the time to explain each treatment and equipment used. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable – I'd rate her customer service a well-deserved 10/10! I felt pampered, cared for, and in expert hands throughout my visit. My first visit to Luxe beauty lounge exceeded my expectation. I can honestly say that the whole experience was relaxing and therapeutic for me. The ambience is beautiful, calm and relaxing. It was well put together and very clean. I was welcomed by well-informed beauticians who offered me a memorable service. The sauna wrap and message left me feeling like I was in heaven 😌😅🤣. I had the opportunity to have 6 sessions of the laser lipo and cavitation service at Luxe Beauty Lounge. My services were flexible to changes in my schedule, approached with thorough explanation, and diligent in service rendered. i lost an inch off my waist and 5 pounds within the 3 weeks i went. The environment is clean with a pleasant atmosphere. I would and have recommended this beauty spa to others and would definitely return to try more services.

I truly enjoyed every moment, and my family and friends have all noticed a remarkable difference in my shape. Exceptional service! Above & beyond expectation! Luxe Beauty Lounge care provider took care of me. She put in some intentional effort to help me relax as I went in with some uncertainty, but left knowing I would be back for more & I will definitely be recommending their services to others. Ladies, don't walk, run in here for some TLC... Book in advance cos this place will blow your mind. Trust me when I say your significant other will pay for more cos after your service, you'll be smelling good, you'll be radiant & will look exceptional in all the right places. Thank me later😉😍
