SunWater Spa

This was relaxing and just what I needed. Customer service was top notch. Clean facilities and the tub was fantastic. The reason of my visit was to soak in the tub. This spa exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to come back for my massage! ... I came back the very next day for my massage and it was incredible! Danielle made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. This was my first time at a spa and I will say again, these experiences exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to come back!

Went as a small group of 4 and we LOVED it. The hot tubs, sauna, cold plunges and peaceful town and mountain views. The massages as well were sooo relaxing. Adding this as one of my top favorite spas in Colorado. You will be so glad you tried it!

First time visit for me and my lady's anniversary. Reserved a 90 minute soak in the Iron Mountain tub. What a great place this is! The views are amazing, and the tubs are warm. The also have cold plunges, and a saline pool. Great place for a date. We're definitely going back!

SunWater Spa is truly something special. The magnificent mountain views alone are worth the visit — especially as the sun begins to set over Manitou Springs. The mineral water is absolutely stunning: clean, soothing, and deeply relaxing in a way you can feel long after you leave. The customer service is excellent from start to finish. Everyone is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about creating a peaceful experience rather than rushing you through it. And once night falls, the star gazing is wonderful. Sitting in the warm mineral water under a sky full of stars is unforgettable — quiet, grounding, and rare these days. I enjoyed using the tub, pool, and the cold plunge. I also enjoyed the private sauna that came with my Mary's mountain tub reservation. I only wish that Mary's mountain tub was a little more private. Also, the bathrooms/changing area was quite small (two stalls and two showers). You should bring your own water and sandals.
