When I walked in, nobody greeted me and I just immediately felt kind of unwelcome. As I sat there waiting (past my appointment time), I noticed just a general uncleanliness. Surfaces not wiped down in between customers, tools didn’t seem too clean either. They booked us even though they were short staffed so we did have to wait and the whole ordeal took over two hours for an acrylic set. At Longwood Nails, the place I usually go, It’s never taken over an hour. As for the nails, they came out sloppy honestly. The woman doing my nails did not allow time for the design to dry so the topcoat ruined it. She was nice, and I didn’t want to have to redo it because it already had taken so long but I will not be going back. Overall, there’s just a lot of room for improvement. These are my nails, an
