Sunshine Massage Therapy

After going to Sunshine, honestly, I feel 5 years younger! Jasmine is so kind and talented in her massage techniques. The clinic environment is also peak Feng Shui in how its extremely relaxing and clean, has good music, heated massage tables, and other refreshments. I've had chronic back and shoulder pain, and she's helped so much alleviating that tension and stiffness. Definitely give Sunshine a try!

There is a reason this place has 5/5 stars. This was hands-down the BEST massage I’ve ever had. I’m a male athlete and sometimes massage therapists don’t use enough pressure, but Jasmine understood EXACTLY what I needed. It was the perfect combination of necessary and relaxing. Jasmine is a lovely woman and a very skilled masseuse! She is versatile and is very effective in using her intuition to use the right techniques to find and dissolve areas where my body is fatigued and holding tension. Her personality is gentle and kind, and she has set up a very clean and comfortable shop here. I first experienced her collaborative work in the East Bay, and I have been happy to make the nearly two hour drive to enjoy her caring hands and skilled forearms and elbows many times since she made the move. Monterey region residents are lucky to have her!

Jasmine’s new studio in Monterey is exactly what this town needed. It’s spacious, calming, super clean, and you can just feel that it was created with love. Jasmine is so good at what she does—truly one of the most intuitive massage therapists I’ve ever been to. She really cares about helping people feel better, and that’s what I appreciate most. I always leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and often pain-free. She’s helped both me and my boyfriend with things we didn’t even realize could be helped through massage. I’m just so happy for her and know this studio is going to thrive—because she’s genuinely that good.

Sunshine Massage is great. Jasmine and Mia are excellent professionals. Alternating acupressure and deep tissue massage has increased my flexibility and improved my posture. Therapeutic and restorative, it's good stuff.
