I have been going to Grounded & Glowing with Lila ever since I moved to the area in 2021. She is so good at reading my skin and knowing just what I need. My skin has improved so much under her care. I love that she pays close attention to ingredients and only uses natural, chemical-free ingredients. I also love that she continuously adds more skills to her repertoire, studying with the OG Mayan Uterine Massage master in Belize to bring her skilled hands to this type of healing too! I bring all my teenage sons to her every now and then for a quick facial and routine that has kept the puberty acne under control. She has strong, skilled hands. She is so knowledgeable about skin care, offering products that noticeably target my issues, while answering my questions thoughtfully with clear understanding. She has given me some of the BEST massages I have ever had - I have gotten so much relief with regular issues by visiting her, I was beyond impressed. Lila is great and she has been caring for my skin (both facials and massages) for a couple years now. When I first moved to the area 5 years ago, I jumped around between some places in Santa Cruz and Monterey looking for a good facial and massage, but struggled.
