Sunrise Nails & Day Spa

I experienced an injury during my pedicure when the technician dug deeply into the side of my big toenail and broke the skin. Five days later I am still dealing with severe pain and signs of infection. No one should leave a salon needing medical evaluation. I would strongly recommend better training and more careful technique to prevent this from happening to others. This was the worst pedicure experience of my life. I will never return.

I used to love this nail salon but boy has it gone downhill. $90 today (12/28/25) for the absolute worst manicure & pedicure. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the owner “tried” to fix my manicure. I’m so embarrassed by the way my nails look that I’m going to have to pay $$ at another salon to have them fixed tomorrow after work. Thankfully no one can see my feet at work…. Wish I was able to post pictures, but unfortunately the site’s not allowing me to. Sadly I just can’t recommend anyone using salon 😞

I rarely do this, however consumer alert!! I had my nails done on Saturday 12/23. On 12/26, they looked like the pictures. I went back today and they told me it was my fault- I must have done something to them and wouldn’t credit me anything and basically told me if I wanted my nails redone- it would be full price. Do Not Go to this nail salon. Located in shopping center with the Applebees. I understand mistakes happen but to blame me as the customer for their mistake is ridiculous. The owner is rude and doesn’t seem to care about doing the right thing for her customers.

I loved my time here and my nails! I came with my 4 month old and they were so kind and patient. Van even helped by rocking my baby as he whined and my nails were under the UV lamp! This is the first time I’ve left any nail salon coming to take off a full set and leaving with my natural nails in LOVE! Thank you Sunrise Nails and Van 🫶🏽

Love this place! Staff is amazing. Owner is super friendly! Highly recommend! Spa pedicure is amazing!!!
