Sunrise African Hair Braiding

My experience was great! I called on Friday and she had availability for me to come in the next day on Saturday and I was very appreciative of that. I went with a picture/video of the exact style I wanted and she was able to execute with no issues. I loved how she made sure I was satisfied as she was braiding my hair. My braids look so beautiful and neat, definitely 10/10. Also all of the braiders in the salon had excellent customer service. I will be a returning customer!

I asked for small boho braids. On another occasion I've gotten small braids down my back that took 2hr45m. Not only was I there all day (8 hrs), I ended up with a lady who could not mutlitask. Either on the phone with someone or too caught up in a conversation with another hair braider. I quite literally watched every customer come and go through the salon. On top of that instead braided my hair to the length I PAID for. They decided to use ALL of my good boho hair to cover for the length that they were SUPPOSED to actually braid. I can barely flip or move my hair! Now I have to spend my own time cutting out the mistakes they left in my scalp because it's hot and not done right! It doesn't even LOOK like I have braids. I have been here before on separate occasions BUT THIS is my worst exp

I had such a great experience at Sunrise ! I came in for cornrows and left feeling amazing. The stylist was not only professional but also super gentle and precise the braids are neat, tight (but not painful), and exactly the style I wanted. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

I’ve gotten my hair braided on 3 separate occasions and the results are good every time I go. I recently got color 30 knotless braids as a protective style. I would definitely recommend this braiding shop!
