I can't believe I just went through that experience at Sunrise Braiding! First off, this place should be called Sundown because there’s nothing sunrise about it! I made an appointment for 8 AM, got there on time, and guess what? NO ONE was there to do my hair! They told me to come back at 11 AM. Seriously?! So I left, went home, and then they called me to come back. I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted—large knotless braids. THREE different people looked at the picture and confirmed they are medium. But then, one more worker came over, looked at the picture, and claimed, “Those aren’t large; they’re medium.” I was frustrated but just paid the difference because I wanted my hair done. My daughter wanted bohemian braids. yuma´s in Newnan are AWFUL they are liars and unprofessional. But I came to Sunrise and it was nice and pleasant. They did a great job on my daughter´s hair. We showed her a picture and she did the exact braids in the photo. They were so nice to her and very helpful with the purchase of the hair. I am going to return and I am telling everyone I know to go to them. They are AWESOME!!!!!!!

I call in advance to make appt the lady got my number and when I arrive. 1st ⚠️ warningShe said it will be 2 hours if I can wait. Very unprofessional what is the point of making appt and getting my phone number. I told her how I wanted my hair. 2nd warning She quoted me way more than the person who referred me to the shop and we have the same cut. After showing her the picture of the person. She change the price.🤨I was coming to this shop to save money but you get what you pay for. After sitting deciding if I’m going to wait or not… Looking at the quality of braids. 3rdwarning (sidenote) Check your parts make sure they clean and neat. Rude and unprofessional i will never come back here again i gave these ladies many chances for YEARS to get their act together but today is what did it for me the complaining the smacking of the lips over SOMETHING I AM PAYING YOU FOR AND WILL PAY EXTRA IF I HAVE TO like no i advise everybody to go somewhere else to get their hair braided bc these ladies will catch attitude with you for something that THEY signed up to do for a living 🤦‍♀️

Horrible customer service ! I will never go here again and would recommend you not either. The owner always talks about people when they leave, and she quoted me a price which she actually texted so I had proof and showed her, she then stated that I never wanted my back done. First off how stupid, and second I even called and text her what I wanted because she was texting me however very slowly. Do not go here. # 100 rip off
